# Depth Foundation GitHub Failure Atlas (深度基础模型 · GitHub 失败模式图谱)

**关键洞察**：MoGe 同时输出 depth + 3D points + FoV + (v2) normal，每 head「affine-invariant up to its own scale」**且无跨 head scale 约束**. 用户期待「3D points 直接米」（#75），实际形状对、scale 不可知. sky head「推到球面」是 dynamic range hack，**不是几何**.
